Youth ministry at St Mary's is seen as an integral part of our parish. We try to provide a range of options and experiences for young people to become involved with and grow in God.

This is an activity based programme where young people this age come, hang out and have outrageous fun partaking in some weird games and activities. Ignition is also a time where we introduce the truths about Jesus, who he is, what he has done and what the heck that means for all of us.
Soul Thirst is a time where youth this age can come, hang out and interact with God and friends through, worship, interactive teaching, games and activities. Soul Thirst, like Ignition is a great place to start your journey with God. We are older now, so we focus less on the games and more on our spiritual growth. Jesus, Life , Friends, Fun!
We encourage our youth to become active in the wider body of the church and so this ministry is very involved in the wider youth network in this part of the Anglican church. We travel away to camps and events regularly and also host events here in the parish.
